We are thrilled to announce a milestone achievement for our team! 'A Garden By the Sea' has been honored with a 2024 Merit Award from the esteemed American Society of Landscape Architects New York Chapter. This project was more than just a design challenge; it was an opportunity to restore the iconic Canoe Place Inn, a gem steeped in history and community significance. Through years of dedicated community planning and invaluable input, we were able to activate a communal park, remediate the previously degraded bluffs and shoreline, and foster a dynamic, interactive environment. This not only supports the world-class Inn but also rejuvenates the connection to the Canal, creating a vibrant hub for both residents and visitors alike.
